Sophisticated, healthy food at a high culinary standard is one of the cornerstones of the service at Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten. Our head chef Robert, who has been with us for many years, and his team are at your service:

Breakfast buffet from 07:30am till 10:00am – Hot and cold breakfast delicacies: Your favourite egg dish is freshly made and served to your table. Theme corners like the farmer’s breakfast, power breakfast, 5-elements breakfast and many more will tickle your palate in the morning.
Lunch soup from 12:00pm till 03:00pm: Various delicious hot soups with bread from the local bakery will recharge your batteries for the afternoon.
Afternoon snack from 03:00pm till 05:00 pm: Delicious hot soups with bread from the local bakery, salad buffet and/or antipasti and a cake buffet – the ideal afternoon snack when returning from a hiking trip or a day on the slopes.
Evening menu, seating from 07:00pm till 08:30pm: Offering a wide selection daily: Classic Austrian specialities, international specialities, vegetarian cuisine, gourmet dishes or various culinary theme evenings: You will be delighted!

Once a week we invite you to join the “5-elements gala menu evening”. Be seduced by the secrets of the 5-elements cuisine!

Extra Service: On request we cater for special dietary requirements and offer special children’s menus and menus for persons with allergies. Additionally we provide Pitztal valley spring water, tea, juices and apples in our well-being area all day long.

A cellar filled with premium wines

In the well-sorted “Othmar’s Vinotek”, the wine cellar of the Vier Jahreszeiten, we keep selected premium wines. Our manager and head waiter are happy to recommend the best red and white top-quality wines from our cellar for you to enjoy. We also offer premium wines by the glass. A highlight for all wine enthusiasts: Once a week we organise a wine tasting with a sommelier.
