High in the Austrian Alps, at the end of the beautiful Pitztal Valley, guests staying at the Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten can look forward to not only a feast for the eyes but also a feast for the stomach! Our cosy à la carte restaurant with its wood-panelled Walserstube and Genussstube rooms provides the perfect setting for a sumptuous meal for all the family. Non-residents are also very welcome to dine with us.

Regional produce

Our head chef Robert, who is himself a big fan of mountain sports and running, has been with us for more than 20 years. Today he is just as passionate about good, healthy food and local ingredients as the day he started. At the same time, Robert is up to date with all the latest cooking and nutrition trends. For example, the Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten now offers a vegan and a meat-free option every day.

During the day guests can also visit our Siglu Bar for a selection of snacks including pizzas.

Our à la carte restaurant serves seasonal produce and special meals on request. Let us know in advance and we will be happy to prepare fondue, chateaubriand, steaks, game, raclette and a selection of tasting menus.
