Pitztal Bike Route

MTB highlight at the top of Tyrol

For MTB riders who like a challenge with plenty of climbing we recommend the Pitztal Bike Route in the area around our hotel. This 42km ride with 1,400 vertical metres of uphill is a real highlight in the Pitztal Valley and demands good fitness.

Those who like to take things a little easier should start in Mittelberg and ride down to the town of Imst.

Tip! At the Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten we offer guided mountainbike rides every week. Speak to a member of staff at reception for more information.

E-Bike hire at the hotel

Electric bikes, also known as e-bikes, are all the rage at the moment. They have an in-built electric motor which provides extra power for climbs and longer rides, making them ideal for cyclists new to the sport or returning after a while away. With that extra battery boost it's easy to access the huts and lakes around our hotel.

Here at the Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten we have a fleet of e-bikes which guests are welcome to hire for a fee of €35 per bike per day.
