Gentle Exercise in the Pitztal Valley

Nordic Walking in Mandarfen

There are a number of Nordic Walking trails in the area around the Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten which are clearly signposted and soft under foot. Once a week our fitness trainers invite guests to join them for a guided Nordic Walking excursion into the valley.

Nordic Walking poles can be borrowed free of charge from reception. All in all there are 140km of marked Nordic Walking trails in the Pitztal Valley with fabulous views of the imposing Ötztal Alps.

Tip! Pick up a Nordic Walking map from reception. It includes all the best trails in the region with detailed altitude profiles. Don't hesitate to talk to a member of staff at the hotel if you have any questions.
