Skiing & Snowboarding

Fun on the slopes in Tyrol's highest glacier ski resort

The Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten is located next to two ski resorts. While the cable car next to the hotel takes skiers and boarders to the Rifflsee ski resort, the Glacier Express from Mittelberg gives visitors direct access to the Pitztal Glacier, home to the highest glacier ski resort in Tyrol.

Perfect Pistes in the Pitztal Valley

up to 3440 metres above sea level

Wide open pistes, untouched powder fields, a cool snowpark and cosy mountain huts – the Pitztal Glacier and its many summits over 3,000m is one huge playground for wintersports enthusiasts.

The Wildspitzbahn – Austria's highest cable car – whisks visitors all the way up to 3,440 metres, where they will find the eye-catching Café 3440.

Families will love the Rifflsee ski resort directly next to the Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten. In winter it is possible to ski all the way down to the front door of our hotel.

Another great family resort in the Pitztal Valley is the Hochzeiger ski area in Jerzens, just 30km from the Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten.
