The Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten is located near the Pitztal Glacier and is the perfect base camp for winter fun. Children can take their first tentative turns on snow under the watchful eye of experienced instructors, while parents enjoy the peace and quiet of the forest on a snowshoe walk.
Young or young at heart, guests will love the Pitztal Valley in winter – with a hot sauna and whirlpool waiting back at the hotel.

The ski fun begins right outside the hotel! It is just a short walk from our front door to the cable cars giving access to the Rifflsee ski resort. With 18 kilometres of pistes it is a great place for kids to learn and adults to regain their confidence. The next step up is then the Pitztal Glacier. Between December and April it is possible to ski from the Rifflsee ski area all the way down to the hotel.
Parents will be pleased to know that children aged 10 years and under ski for free in Rifflsee and on the glacier when accompanied by an adult.
Just 300 metres from the Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten is a large beginners' area where children can take their first turns on snow.
These gentle pistes are operated by the Pitztal Ski School and have lots of easy-to-use lifts as well as a toboggan run and a playground.
