Our large restaurant and wood-panelled dining rooms are the perfect place to sample the cuisine of the Pitztal Valley, with traditional favourites given a new twist by head chef Robert Brugger and his team. After all, eating is about much more than just taking in calories – it is a celebration of life, a chance to spend time with friends and family, a moment to savour and reflect.
Our à-la-carte restaurant here at the Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten is the place where residents and non-residents can treat themselves to a memorable dining experience. Choose from a selection of dishes served at the Siglu Bar and our standard menu (three, four or five courses). There is always at least one vegan option available.
