Head chef Robert has been in charge of the kitchen at the Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten for more than 20 years. This rich experience and knowledge of the valley mean there is nobody better to bring the taste of the Tyrol to your plate while at the same time showcasing the latest trends in the world of cooking.
Our five-course dinner in the evening is where Robert and his team can show off their culinary skills. The meals are based on the Five Elements principle from Traditional Chinese Medicine aimed at restoring the body's natural energy balance and strengthening our overall health and wellbeing.
