The most important information at a glance

- Ski passes can only be purchased if you can prove you have been fully vaccinated or have had and recovered from Covid-19.
Covid-19 restrictions in the region and the resort
In Austria the 2G Rule applies. This means people who wish to access accommodation, hospitality venues, cable cars, sports venues, cultural venues and services with close physical contact (e.g. hairdressers) and events must provide proof that they have either been fully vaccinated or have had and recovered from Covid-19.
Green Pass: Upon arrival and during their stay, guests must be able to show a valid vaccine certificate or proof that they have had and recovered from Covid-19.
How long are certificates valid for?
People who have had and recovered from Covid-19: up to six months after recovery.
People who have been vaccinated: from the day of the second vaccination with a vaccine approved by the EMA (BioNTech/Pfizer, Moderna & AstraZeneca) up to 270 days; for single-dose vaccines (Johnson & Johnson) from day 22 after the vaccination for a period of 270 days.
IInformation about children and teenagers
Children up to the age of 12 years are exempt from the 2G Rule.
Austrian schoolchildren aged 12 to 15 years can use their Ninja Pass (PCR test every 72 hours) as proof of the 2G Rule. This also applies to children from other countries where a similar testing regime is in place in schools.
Children under the age of 12 years must quarantine for five days if they arrive from a place defined as a high-risk area. They can then end their quarantine without the need for a test.
Travelling back to Germany
Guests from Germany who have been fully vaccinated or have had and recovered from Covid-19 can continue to spend their holiday in Austria without having to quarantine when they return to Germany. Guests entering Austria from Germany must register their arrival (www.einreiseanmeldung.de) and upload proof that they have been fully vaccinated or have had and recovered from Covid-19.
All guests over 12 years of age who have not have been fully vaccinated or have had and recovered from Covid-19 must quarantine when returning from Austria to Germany. A negative PCR test is not sufficient to avoid having to quarantine.
Children under 12 years of age (including those who have been vaccinated or had and recovered from Covid-19) must quarantine for five days when returning from Austria to Germany.
Travelling back to Switzerland
Guests travelling from the provinces of Tyrol and Vorarlberg back to Switzerland do not have to provide a negative test.
FFP2 face masks
An FFP2 face mask must be worn on all public transport and in all enclosed areas.
Children up to 6 years of age do not have to wear a face mask. Children 6 to 12 years of age must wear a standard face mask or an FFP2 face mask. Children aged 13 years and older must wear an FFP2 face mask.

In times of uncertainty, flexibility is the name of the game. That is why we have decided to keep our flexible booking conditions to ensure peace of mind when booking your stay with us. Nevertheless, we recommend booking cancellation insurance in case you are unable to travel as planned.

Bookings for winter 2021/22 (valid for the period 28.11.21 until 01.05.2022)
- Free cancellation or re-booking up to 48 h before scheduled day of arrival*
Bookings for summer and autumn 2022
- Free cancellation or re-booking up until 4 days before scheduled day of arrival*
Bookings for Christmas, New Year, carnival and Easter
- Free cancellation or re-booking up until 30 days before scheduled day of arrival*
*Your deposit will not be refunded but can be spent on services in the hotel during your stay. Please be aware that we are unable to make any exceptions to these conditions in order to offer certainty and security to our staff and their families.
The following cancellation fees apply (if you do not have cancellation insurance):
STANDARD CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
- Until 3 months before scheduled day of arrival: no cancellation fee
- 3 months to 1 month before scheduled day of arrival: 40% of total cost
- 1 month to 1 week before scheduled date of arrival: 70% of total cost
- In final seven days before scheduled day of arrival: 90% of total cost
Our fitness and sports rooms are freely accessible to guests. The panorama room (exercise room) is used for many activities forming part of our Pitztal Programme (see information sheet in the hotel) such as yoga, BODEGA moves, etc.
In winter you can use your ski pass to get free access to the ski bus. In summer you will get a free bus pass from the hotel reception.
You can use the phone in your room to set up a babyphone connection to your own mobile phone. Speak to a member of staff if you need any help.
Dogs are not allowed inside the restaurant and the spa. Please use the "Do not disturb" sign if you leave your dog alone in your room.
We offer free wireless internet throughout the hotel.
Cross-country skiing courses can be booked at the ski school or at the hotel reception. The cross-country skiing trails run right past our hotel. A trail map is available from reception.
Packed lunches are available from reception for €7 each. On the day of departure you are welcome to make yourself a packed lunch if you do not have time for breakfast. Please do not make packed lunches from the breakfast buffet without permission. Thank you.

The sauna area at the Residence is suitable for all the family, while the sauna area in the main building is for guests aged 16 years and older. Guests are welcome to wear their bathrobes at the lunch buffet.
We have two underground car parks. Further parking spaces are available next to the hotel and behind the Residence.
The Pitztal Programme runs from Monday to Friday and offers guests the chance to try out a wide range of sports and activities. You will find details in the morning newsletter and in the hotel. Please sign up at reception if you would like to take part in one of the activities. For certain activities there is only a limited number of spaces available.
Please deposit your valuables in the safe in your room. Be aware that no liability can be accepted for goods which are not stored in the safe. Instructions on how to use the safe can be found inside.
Our Siglu Bar is open daily from 11:00 until 3:00. Hot food is served from 11:00. Options include coffee, ice creams, pizzas, cocktails and more.

Lunch buffet: 12:30–17:00
Please sign for your drinks after dinner. They will be added to your room bill. Check each evening that we have recorded the correct drinks for your meal. We will not be able to make any changes at a later date.
The phone in your room can be set to wake you up in the morning. Speak to a member of staff at reception in you need any help.
Room service is available from 7.30 until 12:00 and from 18:00 until 22:00. Please dial 77 to order room service. A charge of €5 will be made. Waiting time for food is around 20 mins.
