> You are welcome to pay your bill the evening before you leave (by 21:30) or on the day of departure (from 7:30).
If you want to use the amenities in the hotel longer, we charge 25,00 Euro per person. For a late check out with room use you will be charged 50,00 Euro per person. Thank you for your understanding.
Our reception team will be happy to help you between 7:30 and 21:30.
In times of uncertainty, flexibility is the name of the game. That is why we have decided to keep our flexible booking conditions to ensure peace of mind when booking your stay with us. Nevertheless, we recommend booking cancellation insurance in case you are unable to travel as planned.
STANDARD CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
- Until 1 months before scheduled day of arrival: no cancellation fee
- 1 month to 1 week before scheduled date of arrival: 70% of total cost
- In final seven days before scheduled day of arrival: 90% of total cost
Our fitness and sports rooms are freely accessible to guests. The panorama room (exercise room) is used for many activities forming part of our Pitztal Programme (see information sheet in the hotel) such as yoga, BODEGA moves, etc.
With the new Pitztal Guest Card, you can use the public bus free of charge throughout the entire Pitztal valley – all the way to Imst Postplatz. You’ll receive the card automatically upon check-in at DAS VIER – just hop on and explore the valley comfortably and sustainably!
Dogs are charged at €25 per night and per dog (food not included) and are not allowed in the restaurant or wellness areas. Please hang the "Do Not Disturb" sign on your door if your dog is alone in the room.
We reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee depending on the level of soiling.
You can use the phone in your room to set up a babyphone connection to your own mobile phone. Speak to a member of staff if you need any help.
We offer free wireless internet throughout the hotel.
Cross-country skiing courses can be booked at the ski school or at the hotel reception. The cross-country skiing trails run right past our hotel. A trail map is available from reception.
Packed lunches are available from reception for €9 each. On the day of departure you are welcome to make yourself a packed lunch if you do not have time for breakfast. Please do not make packed lunches from the breakfast buffet without permission. Thank you.
Our spa brochure contains everything you need to know about spa and beauty treatments at the hotel. Feel free to contact reception if you have any questions (dial 77).
Pool: 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Sauna area (Residence): 12:00 – 8:00 p.m. (from 11:00 a.m. in bad weather)
Panorama event sauna: 2:00 – 8:00 p.m. (16+ only)
Oriental sauna: 4:00 – 8:00 p.m.
Outdoor whirlpool (Residence): 1:00 – 7:00 p.m.
Fitness & cardio room: 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
The wellness area in the Residenz is ideal for families, while the Stammhaus area is reserved for guests aged 16 and over. Feel free to join us at the lunch buffet in your bathrobe.
We offer free parking in our two underground garages. Additional parking spaces are available directly at the hotel and behind the Residence.
We also have two electric charging stations (available for a fee).
The Pitztal Programme runs from Monday to Friday and offers guests the chance to try out a wide range of sports and activities. You will find details in the morning newsletter and in the hotel. Please sign up at reception if you would like to take part in one of the activities. For certain activities there is only a limited number of spaces available.
Please deposit your valuables in the safe in your room. Be aware that no liability can be accepted for goods which are not stored in the safe. Instructions on how to use the safe can be found inside.
Our Siglu is open daily from 11:00 a.m. Hot meals are served from 12:00 to 9:00 p.m.
Enjoy delicious coffee and ice cream creations, tasty pizza & pasta, and more – plus delightful cocktails and a great atmosphere!

Lunch buffet (hot dishes): 12:30 – 3:00 p.m.

Dinner: 7:00 – 8:00 p.m.
We kindly ask you to sign your beverage receipt each evening after dinner. Unfortunately, we cannot accept complaints at a later time.
The phone in your room can be set to wake you up in the morning. Speak to a member of staff at reception in you need any help.
Room service is available from 7.30 until 12:00 and from 18:00 until 22:00. Please dial 77 to order room service. A charge of €5 will be made. Waiting time for food is around 20 mins.
