"Think global, eat local" is our way of doing things at the Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten. That is why we go to great efforts to source as many of our ingredients as possible from the Pitztal Valley. Our game, for example, comes from the local hunting association, while our herbs are grown in our own herb garden.
Head chef Robert Brugger and his team use these seasonal and local ingredients for breakfast, lunch and dinner. By sourcing our food from the valley, we aim to support the local economy and share with our guests the authentic taste of the Austrian Tyrol. Bon appétit, or as we say here in Austria: "Mahlzeit!"
Organic produce from the Pitztal Valley
Regional and sustainable
Sweet, savoury, salty, sour – the range of tastes in the Pitztal Valley is as diverse as the region itself. Here at the Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten we are committed to supporting the local community. That is why we source much of our organic produce from farmers in the valley. These outstanding ingredients are then turned into delicious dishes by our team of chefs. For us, sustainability is more than just a buzzword – it is a deeply held conviction born out of the love we have for this region we call home. Come and join us on a culinary journey of discovery through the Pitztal Valley and beyond!
