Feldenkrais, derived from a method invented by Wilfried Persch, aims to give people of every age group a possibility to distance themselves from stress, social pressure and the physical problems of everyday life. Individual moves and learning experiences reduce the strain that workload and other influences might have on you.

The neurophysiological Feldenkrais method "awareness through movement" is for everybody who is open to trying new experiences.

For three to four hours a day and fourteen days in total, we will work on learning experiences to increase quality of life. In addition to the individual moves, the Feldenkrais Intensive Week will be complemented with kinesiology, massages, dancing etc.

Prices
